Further to our earlier communication regarding the upcoming INFOMAR Annual Seminar taking place in Marine Institute, Rinville, Oranmore, County Galway on 16th/17th November, please find attached a copy of the Programme Agenda.
We encourage interested parties to register by return email (leaving above subject heading unchanged), there is no registration fee, but we do need confirmation of attendance by email. In particular we would like you to advise us if you will be bringing a poster. We encourage you to do so, as we have allotted additional poster time to previous events, and hope to have a strong representation of the broad level of ongoing INFOMAR related research activity. To assist us with assigning adequate poster stands, we would be grateful if you could provide the poster title, organisation(s), and a brief 2/3 line description on content.
Full travel details, logistics, and accommodation information will follow early next week.
Aside from the formal meeting agenda, you will notice that Atlas Services Group have kindly offered to sponsor a reception on the evening of the 16th for seminar attendees, which we will hold in Galway city, full details to follow. Atlas Services Group provide marine professionals worldwide to the commercial survey sector, and provide significant ongoing support to INFOMAR’s field programme through the provision of hydrographic surveyors, engineers, geophysicists and data processors.
