The Annual General Meeting shall be held in the last two weeks of February, at which a report of the Council, and a report of the accounts, shall be presented. Election of Officers of the Society shall also take place at this meeting. Six week's notice to the Members of the date of the Annual General Meeting shall be required.

An Extraordinary General Meeting shall be called whenever the Council may think fit, and also on a requisition to the Council signed by ten or more ordinary members. The business of an Extraordinary General Meeting shall be confined to that specified in the notice to the members convening it. Fourteen days notice of the meeting shall be given to the members. The meeting shall be held within twenty eight days of the receipt of the demand by the Secretary.

Every question, not otherwise provided for, which shall come before any General or Extraordinary General Meeting, shall be decided by the majority of the votes of the members then present only. The quorum for such a meeting shall be twelve.

No alterations shall be given to the Constitution of the Society, except at the Annual General Meeting or at an Extraordinary General Meeting called for that purpose. The proposed alteration shall be printed in full in the notice of the Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting under the heading "Proposed Alteration of Constitution". Such meeting will have the power to adopt any modification of such proposed alterations of the Constitution. All such alterations shall be notified to the members.

Winding up of the Society shall require an Extraordinary General Meeting, which shall decide what action should be taken, subject to the provisions of Clause 11.9.

10.6

Ordinary General Meetings shall be held on dates to be determined by the Council. Notice of an Ordinary General Meeting shall be sent out to all members of the Society at least seven days before the date of the meeting. The notice shall contain a list of the principal points to be submitted to the meeting in question. Nothing here contained shall prevent any matter not contained in the agenda, as above, from being submitted to members, unless it happens to be a subject of which notice is specifically required to be given under the Constitution.
