1. Identity

1.1

The title shall be The Irish Mining and Quarrying Society.

 1.2

The Society shall have its own emblem, logo or corporate identity, which may be altered, developed or amended as agreed by the elected Council, but must at all times reflect the name or objectives of the Society. This shall be displayed on all letterheads and other Society documents and promotional materials.

 1.3

The logo may, with the approval of the elected Council, be used by Corporate Members only (who are in good standing with the Society, whose annual subscriptions are fully paid up, and who subscribe to the objectives of the Society and adhere to its code of environmental practice) on that Corporate Member's letterheads and their other promotional materials.

 1.4

The logo, emblem or corporate identity, should be displayed at all meetings of the Society.
